Amazon Adds Animation to Compete with Barnes & Nobles

Would you rather see B&N’s animated weekly picks?
Or Amazon’s animated picks just for you?

As recently mentioned, Barnes & Nobles has given a face-lift to their website, and it looks great.

An eye-catching feature in the top quarter of the screen is the animated weekly picks from Barnes & Noble.

When I surfed to Amazon today, I notice that the same section of the screen features picks just for me — and they are now animated!

Pretty sneaky, sis.

Which would work better for you? Picks for you? Or picks for everyone?
