  • ruminating for a month on the iPhone versus BlackBerry. One’s the best palm held web & internet application, the other best email/texter. #

  • coined a new term. Vexting, the act of texting while vexed. #
  • grabbing a quick bite between phone calls & errands for Dad. Next trick: finding an electric razor that’s elderly friendly (big buttons). #
  • tv chimp brutally attacks woman, is shot dead. Why wasn’t Christian Bale shot for his attack? #
  • at Bank of America, traded a ripped $10 bill in for two $5s. Asked for two twenties to share in the BofA bail out but they demurred. #
  • reaching the sad point of the 24 hour cycle where the battery life of my BlackBerry is exceeded by my expected time for this set of tasks. #
  • learned today that Medicare numbers append letters to your Social Security number while Medicaid (Medi-Cal here) are totally different. #
  • also learned today that Best Buy sells razors ranging from $40 to $225 & the $40 razor is for men but not for men’s faces. #
  • loathes to admit that sometimes the best errands to run are the ones done by phone & not by foot, by car or by plane. #
  • remembering BlackBerry (smart phone) Secret #129.5 — being on hold isn’t so bad when your handset also surfs & texts! #
  • learned a new term today for bones: stress fracture. Amazing, isn’t it, that just by being stressed, your bones can break! #
